A journalist Sandhya Ravishankar filed a police complaint in the Kumaran Nagar police station about the two u identified men who cut the fuel pipe of her bike that was parked outside her house.
The CCTV footage showed two men making two trips on a motorcycle and showed them cutting the fuel pipe of her bike. She also gave a letter to the Chennai Police Commissioner A. K. Viswanathan and urged him to take serious note of the complaint and to direct the concerned officers to conduct an investigation without any delay. The Network of Women in Media (India) sought an assurance that the journalist’s safety is ensured.
