Heralding the oncoming of Christmas, Novotel Chennai Chamiers Road hosted the Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony at the hotel premises recently. The ceremony is held every year to kick off the festive season. This year the General Council of Russia, Oleg N Avdeev graced the occasion by lighting the tree. Children from A to Zee Creativity graced the evening with their joyous rendition of the Christmas Carols. The hotel also made a significant contribution to the Blue Cross of India on the special day.
