The Alliance Française of Madras in association with Indianostrum Theatre, Pondicherry presents a theatre workshop entitled The Musical Body by Jean-Jacques Lemêtre of the Théâtre du Soleil, Paris.
The workshop is open to actors, dancers, singers and musicians, i.e. to anyone who is interested in exploring, discovering and experimenting with the human body’s capacity for sound. Both individual and collective exercises will be conducted leading to a process of musical elaboration that will draw on the creative experience of Jean-Jacques Lemetre in his work with the Théâtre du Soleil.
