- Every participant who wants to make wish will have to buy a helium balloon
- The list of goodies that one can wish would be listed out
- The participant will have to write the name of goodie on the balloon and let go of the same within the conical dome
- Winner’s wishes will be selected from the list and goodies will be sent across to them
