Workshop on Macramé for adults

DakshinaChitra is organizing a workshop on Macramé for adults on 8^th & 9^th Feb 2014.

Macramé is of Arabic origin meaning plaiting or knotting threads without any needles. The workshop will teach participants to make a hand bag or wall hanging of their choice.

The material used during the course of the workshop will be nylon macramé thread.

Transport will be provided from Besant Nagar to Dakshinachitra and back. The workshop fee will be Rs. 1500/- inclusive of materials, refreshment and conveyance.
