It may be recalled a few days ago that BJP MLA allegedly remarked that he would kidnap girls who spurn suitors. Upon seeing this outrageous remark, a young woman from Pune challenged the MLA to touch her.
The lady Minakshi Ganesh Dimble Patil who works for a finance company in the city, posted a video on Facebook condemning Ram Kadam’s remarks. She said that his statement about kidnapping girls for spurned suitors was scandalous, crass and shameful. She went on to say that Maharashtra was the home of warrior King Shivaji and every woman in the State was respected as a goddess and hence the extremely poor taste statements did not hold good
