Sofitel Mumbai BKC is known for its unique mélange of French elegance and warm Indian hospitality. Portraying exactly that through one of Sofitel’s key brand pillars – Gastronomy and Wine, Jyran Restaurant, Sofitel Mumbai hosted an exquisite Wine Dinner recently.
With over 14 years of experience Chef Shadab Ahmed from Jyran and Sommelier Kriti Malhotra from Pullman New Delhi Aerocity, curated a special menu featuring royal Indian delicacies paired with select red and white wines from Bordeaux. These wines from Bordeaux were specially chosen to be paired with Jyran’s rich Indian cuisine to showcase the link between French and Indian cultures, which lies in the DNA of Sofitel Mumbai BKC.
