Wife gets triple talaq for serving burnt roti

This incident which took place in Lucknow in a village called Pahretha is extremely bizarre. A Muslim woman was given triple talaq and thrown out of the house for serving her husband roti which was slightly burnt.

A case of domestic violence has been registered against the husband.The woman alleged that her husband would often thrash her and that he burnt her with ciggarette butts three days before giving her divorce.
