Natasha Mahindra, Anam Cara yoga retreats specialises in yoga adventure travel. Natasha says, “We have done yoga and scuba diving retreats, yoga jungle safaris, pure yoga and trekking trips. On our retreats we blend nature activities such as hiking, kayaking, para gliding, camping, snorkelling, island trips, diving and more to our itinerary and enrich it with outdoor yoga sessions on the beaches, mountains and forests adding elements of sound therapies and massages.

We’re going on a retreat in April to Kheer-Ganga in the Parvati valley with trekking, bathing in hot springs, yoga, guided meditations, full moon rituals, drumming sound journeys and camping out in the open. We have taken a few groups previously to Andamans, Himachal, Nagarhole, Bir Billing, Goa, Coorg and Kerala. At Andamans we stayed at the Flying Elephant which was out in the nature. At Kabini we stayed at Waterwood, Colonel’s in Bir Billing and the Inner Temple Moira village in Goa. The prices for each of these places vary.”
