The young actor, Vishnu Vishal has begun the year 2020 with a bang, the past couple of years haven’t been all the good for him. He has officially had a divorce at the end of 2018, he began 2019 with an injury when he suffered nerve compression and hurt his spinal cord when he was shooting was Kaadan, in his upcoming film directed by Prabhu Solomon.
Vishnu took it to social media to share the ordeal he had to go through after his divorce, going into depression, falling into alcoholism and the inspiring story of how he got back comparing his recovery to the ‘Vaaranam Aayiram’ way. Vishnu talks about how he focused on his physical health to help improve his mental health. The actor also shared images of the physical transformation he underwent and how the determination to get back in shape helped him come out of the depression.
On the professional front, the actor Vishnu Vishal is currently shooting for ‘FIR’ (Faizal Ibrahim Raiz) with director Manu Anand and the film is all set to hit the screens soon.
