Actress Anushka Sharma and her cricketer husband Virat Kohli stepped out for the first time since the birth of their daughter on January 11. They were on the way to the doctor’s clinic. Anushka was wearing a blue denim shirt with matching denim jeans and a white face mask while Virat wore a black shirt and black pants and also sported a mask.
Anushka thanked the paparazzi gathered for their pictures and made a personal request to media persons not to click or publish pictures of their newborn daughter. They agreed to provide the media persons with all the necessary information but specifically requested them to respect the privacy of their daughter until she was mature enough to make a decision herself.
Virat shared a note on social media to announce the birth of his daughter on January 11 when he thanked people for their love, prayers and good wishes and stated that both Anushka and the baby are healthy and that he feels blessed to begin this new chapter of his life.
