Misu is hosting a Vietnamese Food Festival that is on till February 8, 2019. The extensive menu includes a delicious vegetarian or shrimp Spicy Noodles Soup, which is glass noodles in a tasty coconut milk broth flavoured with chilli, turmeric and mushrooms. This hot, tangy, flavourful and welcoming soup is almost a meal in itself. Prawn lovers can indulge in Fiery Prawns tossed in a homemade sour and three chilli sauce and Vietnamese Chilli Prawns which is made in a sriracha and Vietnamese sauce. Also try the Vietnamese Spring Rolls, Grilled Chicken glazed with Misu’s own spiced sauce and served with Vermicelli Noodles and exotic vegetables, and Bahn Mi, the famous Vietnamese baguette sandwich with greens, grilled tofu or chicken slices in delicious homemade spiced bread. Bahn Mi is a healthy and wholesome Vietnamese dish. If you have space for the mains, do try the Cơm Chiên Dương Châu, the Vietnamese-style wok-tossed fried rice with vegetables, chicken or shrimps. Dessert lovers must not skip the Thai Sticky Rice with Coconut Cream.
