United Way of Chennai organised what was arguably one of the finest budget discussions in the country at ITC Grand Chola on Friday, March 4, 2016.

Parthasarathi Shome, Chairman, International Tax Research and Analaysis Foundation (ITRAF) delivered the much-anticipated and well-received keynote address. The event saw two panel discussions. One was on Accelarating Sustainable Partnerships featuring Meera Shenoy, Founder of Youth for Jobs (Y4J), Srimathi Shivashankar, AVP – Diversity and Sustainability at HCL Technologies, MDV Kumaraswamy, Senior Vice President, Flvors, Symrise, Dr Srinivasan, Co-founder, Jeevan Blood Bank, Jayendra Panchapakesan, Trustee, Altius Foundation and Dr Suresh, Honorary Secretary, VHS Chennai.
