Want to try some exotic cuisine? Then try the spices and flavours of Lebanese. The recent Sunday brunch at ITC Gardenia’s Cubbon Pavilion had an array of exotic dips such green peas hummus, beet labneh, peanut tabbouleh, fruit tabbouleh, etc. In addition to the falafel, kibbeh and grilled fish was an even more unique preparation: – imam biyaldi, which is aubergines baked with Lebanese spices in a tangy tomato gravy!
