Garjanai’ is the remake of the Bollywood super hit ‘NH-10’ starring Anushka Sharma an Neil Bhoopalam which is a road thriller with honor killing as the core subject. Television actor Amit Bhargav who played a negative role in Jayam Ravi’s ‘Mirudhan’ has been cast as the husband of Trisha’s character while Vamsi has also come on board as the chief antagonist.
