Only on reaching there, they find that they would have to work as housemaids in Arab homes. A woman escaped by jumping over the wall of her employers house and managed to reach the Indian embassy in Riyadh.
She is waiting to get back home. Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman is closely monitoring the case after it was brought to her notice.She has been speaking with the Indian embassy in Riyadh to devise ways to rescue such women.
