Tim Tai’s delicious Water chestnut rubies with coconut milk dessert

Located in Kondapur, the pan asian restaurant, Tim Tai serves up one of the most delicious desserts. It’s called the Water Chestnut Rubies with Coconut Milk and happens to be one of their house specials. Enough of two people to share, this slightly heavy dessert comes with bits of water chestnut rubies topped off with rich coconut milk and pieces of litchi. Minus the litchi, we loved the combination of the rich and silky coconut milk mixing with the solid yet slightly sweetened rubies! We’re definitely going back to get some more!
