The labour film festival born out of the ideas, feelings and unsettling discoveries provoked by the rage of garment workers who recently took to the streets, is presenting the film, Stray Dogs tomorrow. Stray dogs chronicles the journey of a man and his two children on the streets of Taipei as they live in abandoned buildings and make-shift homes.
