Fox in the Field is the story of a clever Fox in Whitefield, Bangalore which was recently launched in Forum Shantiniketan Mall, Whitefield, Bengaluru. The launch party had a grand performance by music band KA-19 and Belly dancers. Spanning four-floors, this swanky pad entertains with clever food, crafty brews, and some Foxy Conceptive Cocktails. The Fox is brewing some unique signature flavours of his craft beers and has an element of his signature surprises on every floor. The brewery designed like any place in a big city has a vertical structure with the ‘first level’ being christened as ‘Enter the Fox’ which is fashioned as the Beer market, easy-to-use, friendly and modern. ‘Fox in his Den’ is the Second Level where the fox showcases the finer things of life in a speakeasy library bar setting. The third level – ‘Fox on stage’ is where the music, comedy, drama & theatre unfold on day-to-day basis to keep our patrons enticed & engaged. The Fox entertains with a stage and an orchestrated multi-level seating with plush upholstery. The Terrace – ‘Fox and the moon’ open to the skies and the mesmerising Bengaluru weather, ideal for sipping on our signature ‘community cocktails’ & ‘grazing boards’. The food is designed as a sensorial treat. Curated by Chef Vikram Singh, the menu boasts of dishes such as the Buckshot Kachori with Nimbu dust, grazing boards for those large gatherings, Dabeli Pizza, Saffron Paneer Roulade, the Black Fox Risotto to Lava Grilled New Zealand Lamb rack, Truffle infused Chicken Kebab to Lemon Jasmine Sorbet and much more.
