Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway brings the ‘Taste of Mesopotamia’, a cuisine of striking richness, finesses and artistry at their well-known restaurant, Persian Terrace. Mesopotamian cuisine is one of the oldest cuisines in the world and the influence of the same continues to reflect in multiple present day dishes, like kebabs and roasts. Even today, the cuisine is known to reflect rich inheritance as well as strong influences from the culinary traditions of regions such as Iraq, Kuwait, parts of Saudi Arabia as well as Turkish-Syrian border. The menu for the ‘Taste of Mesopotamia’ festival is curated by Chef Gopal under the expert guidance of Executive Chef Anthony Huang, who is bringing the time honoured delicacies from the region. The special Mesopotamian menu includes a diverse spread of dishes distinctively featuring rich blend of spices such as Mahi-e-kebabs, Rost kebabs to savour along with pilafs and traditional bread. Get prepared to let the chefs sweep you away to the ancient land between the two rivers.
