The Vijay Sethupathi, Fahad Faasil, and Samantha Akkineni starrer Super Deluxe has won the hearts over the audience on a worldwide scale. The film has made Rs 43 lakhs in Chennai on Friday beating Nayanthara’s Airaa. The film has already made $100,000 in the US, making it the third Tamil film to achieve this feat after Petta and Viswasam.
Super Deluxe has opened to rave reviews and the audience is also lapping it up. People are loving Vijay Sethupathi as Shilpa and Samantha Ruth Prabhu as Vaembu. Fans have gone on say that this is Samantha’s best performance ever.
Mysskin, Nalan Kumarasamy, Neelan K Sekar and Thiagarajan Kumararaja have written the stories in the film. Actress Ramya Krishnan said that she had to give quite a few retakes as the filmmaker is a perfectionist.
