Singer Sonu Nigam took to social media to convey that he, his wife Madhurima and son Nevaan tested positive for Covid-19 in Dubai.
He shared a video on Instagram saying that he was supposed to return to India to shoot for Super Singer Season 3 and to perform in a show in Bhubaneshwar and so got himself tested and retested many times and found out that he tested positive every time. However, he stated that his symptoms were mild and that he did not feel ill.
Since his family has also tested positive, he will be able to spend more time with his son whom he had not met for a long time.
Sonu added that people have to be careful and take necessary precautions as the virus is spreading faster this time. This is the ongoing third wave of the virus and many celebrities have tested positive.
