Food Exchange at Novotel Chamiers Road ushers in Songkran, the Thai New Year, through an exquisitely curated food festival. An authentic menu, designed and prepared by guest Chef Tanawat Hoonghual from Thailand with Novotel’s own Chef Suraj Kumar Sahoo, will charm culinary enthusiasts. The menu features handcrafted delicacies including summer rolls and rice wraps, exotic dishes such as roasted duck and loaded squid broth, and interesting renditions of classics like pad thai noodles and popular curries.
The Songkran Food Festival will run from April 12th to April 17th from 7 pm onwards, with a special brunch on April 18th from 12.30 pm to 4 pm.
