INGREDIENTS
- ½ pound Boars Head SmokeMaster™ Black Forest Ham
- 3 tablespoons vegan basil pesto
- 1 small cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1 avocado, mashed
- 1 ounce alfalfa sprouts, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl combine pesto, cucumber, avocado and alfalfa sprouts. Mix until combined.
- Place two slices of ham on top of eachother in front of you. Add a couple dollops of the avocado pesto mix onto the ham and roll up. Cut in half.
- Repeat with remaining ham and avocado pesto mix.
