Smelling high-calorie food for more than two minutes will make you feel satiated, says a study by a group of  researchers. The study stated that delicious food scent can directly satisfy our stomach because it can trick  the brain.

Lead author Dipayan Biswas, Professor at the University of South Florida in the US said ambient scent may be a powerful tool to resist cravings for indulgent foods.
