Me Met Me organizes Singing Bowl Meditation
As a part of the Yoga Day Fest, a series of interesting workshops and yoga sessions are being organised at ME Met Me. The singing bowl meditation is a special kind meditation that uses metal bowls for meditation.
The practice has been followed throughout Asia for years. The bowls produce special harmonic overtones that helps in music, relaxation and mental well being.
