Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt has announced on social media that he battled lung cancer since August and he took a break since then for medical reasons. He underwent chemotherapy at a Mumbai hospital. He has now fully recovered and he announced this good news on the occasion of his twins ( Shahraan and Iqra) 10th birthday.
He thanked all his fans and well wishers and said that his recovery would not have been possible without their unwavering faith and support. He also expressed his gratitude to family and friends who stood by him during this trying period.
