Indian tennis star Rohan Bopanna scripted history by clinching the Miami Open title with his partner Matthew Ebden. The duo defeated Croatia’s Ivan Dodic and Austin Krajicek from America 6-7, 6-3, 10-6.

Bopanna became the oldest man to win a Masters 1000 title on the ATP circuit at the age of 44.
Though Bopanna and Ebden lost the first set 6-7, they made a solid comeback and won the second and third sets to clinch the title.
The duo defeated Spain’s Marcel Granollers and his Argentine partner Horacio Zeballos in straight sets  6-1 and 6-4 to enter the finals.
Bopanna has become the third Indian tennis player to win a major men’s doubles title after Leander Paes and Mahesh Bhupathi.
