Yashodhara Shroff, Chairperson, FICCI FLO Bangalore and Committee Members hosted the Flo Culinary Masters event at Phoenix Kessaku, Bengaluru recently. The participants were asked to showcase their best recipes to prove that they were the best chefs in town. Some of the seasoned top notch judges included Manu Chandra, Partner, Olive Bar & Kitchen, Radhika Ponappa, Food blogger and author, Anthony Huang, Executive Chef, Sheraton Grand, Shalini Charles, Director, IIHM Bangalore and Rupa Balachander, blogger, A Virtual Vegetarian. Sajai Singh was the master of ceremonies. Wine Appreciation Master Class with cheese and chocolate pairing by Grover Zampa wines and Chocolate Philosophy, Live Cooking Demo by Nolte Kitchens were some of the events at this all-day fun affair, that was followed by a scrumptious buffet lunch at Feast, Sheraton Grand with live music.
