Ramya Pandian, who was one of the finalists in the recently-concluded Bigg Boss Tamil Season 4, has signed a new film. The actress will be seen playing the lead in a film directed by debutant Arisil Moorthy and produced by Suriya under his home banner 2D Entertainments. It is said that the film is likely to go on floors in the first week of February.
Ramya Pandian took to Twitter to announce the same and thanked Suriya for the opportunity. Ramya wrote, “I’m happy to officially announce my next project with @2D_ENTPVTLTD @rajsekarpandian sir. Special thanks to @Suriya_offl sir and the entire team for this wonderful opportunity.”

Reports suggest that the film will be a women-centric thriller and she will have a lot of scopes to perform. Major portions of the film will be shot in the outskirts of Chennai. Interestingly, Ramya Pandian has also signed another project which will be produced by CV Kumar under his banner Thirukumaran Entertainments.
