The hotel’s culinary brigade spearheaded by Executive Chef Anurudh Khanna delighted the guests with a host of mouth watering delicacies to feast on. On this special occasion, the hotel’s 18th floor transformed into a souk with an expansive spread of delectable cuisines from all the restaurants including Ssaffron (Indian), Yataii (Japanese), Caprese (Mediterranean), Shang Palace (Chinese), featuring their specialties. The beverages and bartending team ensured that an array of international and domestic wines, bespoke cocktails and unlimited beer flowed freely across all the dining venues to enhance the experience. The rooftop restaurants are perfect for a leisurely brunch, romantic dinner or an informal luncheon, where you can dine and drink to your heart’s delight while enjoying the spectacular city views. To cap it all, there was an energetic live performance by the popular bands Angel Vibes and Live Banned.
