Puneeth Rajkumar is being approached to play the protagonist in the probable Kannada remake of the movie. However, the Power Star is yet to confirm. Thani Oruvan directed Mohan Raja starring Arvind Swamy, Nayanthara and Jayam Ravi, is a super hit film in Tamil. Ram Charan is already remaking the film in Telugu.
