Justice Arumughasamy Commission probing into the hospitalization and death of former Chief Minister Jayalalithaa issued summons to Sasikala and Chairman of Apollo hospital Prathap Reddy asking them to share evidence in writing or evidence that they possess.
Sasikala has been given 15 days time to submit her written response and Apollo hospital Chairman and his daughter have been given 10 days to hand over documents relating to Jayalalithaa’s hospitalization. The TN government has granted 6 months extension to the Commiasion.The extension was granted after a request came from the Commission. With the new extension, the tenure of the Commission will be till June.
