C Salt at Sheraton Grand Chennai invites you to savor the Pongal festivities with an authentic spread of dishes in a special ‘Pongal Thali’ at the seafront specialty restaurant. A delectable dining experience has been curated to make this festive holiday a memorable one. A glance at the Pongal Special thali reveals that the team of Chefs has designed a wide range of delicacies like Kothavaranga Poriyal, Vazhathandu Kootu, Thayir Sadham, and sweets such as Kalkandu Pongal and Inippu Sevai. All servings will be in the traditional banana leaf to bring the ethos of this festival alive.
