Eminent philanthropist and businesswoman Parameshwar Godrej passed away Mumbai at age 71.
She was the wife of the Godrej Group chairman Adi Godrej and breathed her last after battling a degenerative lung disease. Parameshwar was known for her staunch support for noble causes such as AIDS awareness, etc. She was one of Air India’s first air hostesses before she married the scion of the Godrej empire. RIP.
