Chennai’s only authentic Singaporean culinary venue, Mr. Ong, has a brand new food and cocktails  menu.

In 2023, we have had the privilege of hosting chefs from Hyatt hotels in Singapore and Malaysia at  Mr. Ong. Through these experiences, the culinary team learned about their selections and the  preferences of our guests to come up with this enriching new menu.

Our specialty lies in satays and on the menu, you will find the Prawn Satay and Mushroom Satay. The Char-grilled Tamarind Belgian Pork Ribs grilled to perfection is one of the highlights. One of the key signature ingredients in the recipes is the Ginger Torch Bud and other unique  ingredients include Sichuan Pepper, Chilli Bean Paste from Singapore and Sichuan Green Pepper Oil.

Not only food, we have an all-new cocktails menu too with signature creations that one should not  miss out.

Little India bursts with flavours of rum and homemade sweet vermouth with apricot brandy.

George Town is something you could drink all day, very refreshing and perfect to sip while enjoying  the lily pond view.

Kopi Tiam, a popular drink of Singapore, is a perfect after dinner drink for coffee lovers. NEW SELECTIONS ON THE MENU

KERABU MANGGA (V)

Sea bass, ladyfinger, long bean, eggplant, tomato, pineapple, nonya sauce, served with jasmine rice or mantou
