The seven Accor hotels in the city come together to host ‘Romba Nalla Feeling’, a culinary extravaganza, at Novotel Chennai Chamiers Road from 20th to 28th February. With this food festival, the chef’s vision on a plate is to celebrate the idea of ‘Paris comes to Chennai’; this French Classical Virundhu is a fusion of flavors from Paris and Chennai. The sumptuous spread Food Exchange, their restaurant, will feature some fusion specialties like South Indian crepe bar with Western fillings, Coffee Crème Brule, decadent French Pastries and Frozen Filter Coffee.
With over 4500 properties in 100 countries, The French hospitality major AccorHotels is all set to create an everlasting experience for its patrons in Chennai. The seven Accor properties in the city, namely Novotel Chennai Chamiers Road, Novotel Chennai Sipcot, ibis Chennai Sipcot, ibis Chennai City Centre, ibis Chennai OMR, Novotel Chennai OMR, And Mercure Chennai Sriperumbudur are coming together to host this culinary fest.
