There have been reports that FEUOK had decided to ban actor Fahadh Faasil
In the wake of reports that actor Fahadh Faasil was issued an ultimatum by the Film Exhibitors United Organisation of Kerala to stop acting in OTT releases, the organisation has clarified that no such ban has been imposed. “We spoke to Fahadh Faasil about his OTT releases and he had agreed that there will not be too many of them. There is no ban on the actor,” said Sumesh Joseph, general secretary of FEUOK to a news media. Fahadh has been having back to back OTT releases ever since the lockdown and all the films have been winning accolades for its uniqueness and innovation. Joji and Irul, the two of the actor’s latest releases on Amazon and Netflix have been garnering a lot of positive response. Next up is Malik which is a political thriller and is expected to reach theatres in May , as an Eid release.
