The book traces Kiran’s journey from being an accidental entrepreneur to someone who played a pivotal role in the growth of the industry. Through her and several untold stories, the book shows how the industry came about, why Bangalore took the lead, and how business of science in this country has been a tough nut to crack. There are personal stories of how Kiran hires people and gives them a free hand – quite unusual in Indian Business.
