Man Booker Prize nominated novelist Anuradha Roy said that she owed all to her mother. Roy added that she began writing at the age of six, when her mother gifted her a notebook.
“It soon filled up with little stories, and she’s the reason that I’m here now,” said Roy. Her mother, much like one of the characters of “All The Lives We Never Lived”, had to work hard to make her dreams come true.
“All The Lives We Never Lived” won several awards including Tata Literature Live Book of the Year for Fiction 2018.
