Mustang Sally Composer Dies!

Mack Rice, the composer of ’60s hit “Mustang Sally” and co-writer of the Staple Singers’ landmark “Respect Yourself” has died in Detroit. He was 82. His wife stated that e died due to complication with his Alzheimer Disease. The Song Mustang Sally will go down in history as one of the great hits! Our condolences to the family.
