Environmentalist and Grammy® Winner Ricky Kej performed ‘Music for the planet’ to a packed audience at UB City in Bengaluru. It was a Global Symphonic Experience for the first time in India with a star-studded lineup including 5 International Grammy® Award Musicians. Ricky performed music from his latest album ‘Shanti Samsara – World Music for Environmental Consciousness’ and enthralled the music lovers of Bengaluru. It was a spectacular amalgamation of musical performances, dances and sand art. These concerts were uniquely designed and curated with ‘Music for the Planet’. It was not just about music but the mesmerizing music encouraged and enthused the audience to consciously work for a better and brighter tomorrow for all beings whether animate or inanimate. The concerts over two days ran full house with the who’s who of Bengaluru attending and immersing themselves in this soulful music. The events saw over 2000 people including several leaders, senior bureaucrats, businessmen, thought leaders, artists, environmentalists, forest officials, conservationists etc. all of who were floored by the performances by Bengaluru boy Ricky Kej and other eminent artists from around the world, including Grammy® award artists like Pt. Vishwa Mohan Bhatt, Wouter Kellerman, Rocky Dawuni, Lonnie Park and many more. These magical musical evenings with Maestro Ricky Kej also had other renowned musicians from India and abroad including Grammy® Winner Wouter Kellerman (South Africa), Grammy® Winner Pt.
