Fatima Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra are the two girls debuting with Aamir. The girls play Aamir Khan’s daughters, Geeta and Babita in the film based on the life of wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat who trains his two daughters to become wrestling champions.
Fatima however has played Kamal Haasan and Tabu’s cute daughter in Chachi 420. The 24 year old Mumbai girl was asked to crop her hair and get an athletic look for her role as Geeta Phogat. Meanwhile, Sanya is a Delhi girl, a trained ballet dancer who also have to crop her hair for her role of Babita Kumari in the film.
