In its endeavour to promote non-traditional art, Sublime Galleria held a fun-filled afternoon in partnership with The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore. As part of ‘Let Us Pamper You’, a week-long celebration held solely for their employees, artist Manjunath Wali led the employees as well as children from partner NGO, Dream a Dream Foundation in creating wall art. The event was held at The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore’s upbeat cafeteria, Café 99. The creation of the wall art was part of the employees of The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore’s collective focus on giving back to local communities. Ten children from Dream a Dream Foundation, along with the hotel’s employees, came together under the guidance of Manjunath to create a larger-than-life art piece. Three walls, each 20 feet in height and width, were adorned with graffiti art. It was a highly enjoyable experience for both adults and children, who engaged in this never-seen-before interactive experience. A nationally acclaimed artist, Manjunath Wali is known for his vibrant and eclectic works. His paintings comprise a mix of architectural elements inspired by the ancient ruins of the Vijayanagar Empire and contemporary life in the region.
