Featuring prominent singers Mooralala Marwada from Gujarat and Mahesha Ram from Rajasthan, a rendition of the 15th Century saint and poet Kabir’s poems will be performed in Bangalore. Titled Shabad Dhun Laagi – Struck by the Word, the special feature of the evening will be Shabnam Virmani and Vipul Rikhi’s translations and narratives around the songs.
