Kreshna booked on dowry charge

Tamil actor Kreshna was booked under the dowry harassment charge following a complaint by his wife Hemalatha alias Kaivalya. Director Vishnuvardhan’s brother actor Kreshna, had filed a divorce petition in a city family court alleging physical and verbal abuse from his wife, a few months ago. Now it is reported that Kaivalya filed a police complaint in June alleging, Kreshna and his parents to have demanded 300 sovereigns of gold jewellery and `32 lakh cash as dowry.
