It would appear that right now, for the moment, Bieber is . . . well, something is going on with him and Hailey Baldwin. Baldwin—close friend to Kendall and Kylie Jenner (she recently spent Art Basel by Kylie’s side)—is also the daughter of Stephen Baldwin (making her Alec’s niece). Hailey and Justin have been friends for a while, running in the same circles as they do, but this past week the two appear to have escalated things, as evidenced in the slew of Instagrams Bieber posted of himself and Baldwin.
