Jewelry Designer Vasundhara Mantri showcased her collection WERIFESTERIA at the recently concluded Amazon India Fashion Week A/W2016.

The collection was inspired by nature and wild life and many such influences were seen across the artistic jewlery pieces. The collection captured the essence of nature, elements of trees, butterflies, dragonfly, and various bugs.

An assortment of various statement neckpieces, chokers, belts, bracelets, mesh vests and earrings were seen on the runway.

Werifesteria

Wilderness is about serenity, purity and harmony. It captures the essence of the universe, as it were meant to be, where elements come together in perfect synchrony. My collection at The AIFWAW16, Werifesteria – a stroll in the forest in search of mystery – depicts harmony through its quirkiness, much like the overarching serenity enveloping the cacophony in a forest.

Each jewelry piece reflects the spirit of wilderness:  natural rocks, filigree, leaves, twigs, branches, jeweled insects, bugs and butterflies.
