The all-new Jeep showroom was launched by Aishwarya, Nakshatra Nagesh, and Venkat Teja, Managing Director, VTK Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. at Sholinganallur, Chennai. Present on the occasion was dignitaries from all spheres of society, management officials from Stellantis India. In a glittering ceremony, Karun Raman, celebrity choreographer, and his team performed a fashion show that enthralled the audience present there. The chief guests unveiled the two models, the ever-popular SUV, the Jeep Compass, and the adventurous Wrangler.
With the philosophy of bringing customers closer to the brand and its world-class products, this new facility will help Chennai customers to choose from the following products from Jeep. The new Jeep Compass is powered by a 2.0L Multijet II Turbo diesel engine delivering an impressive 170 HP and 350Nm of torque. The 1.4L MultiAir Petrol engine delivers enhanced performance with 163 Hp and 250 Nm of torque.
The Compass comes with over 50 safety and security features. Equipped with 6 airbags, Electronic Stability Control, Panic Brake Assist, Brake Lock differential, Ready Alert Braking, Rain brake support, Electronic roll mitigation, Hill Hold, Hill Descent Control, and SelecTerrain 4×4 capability, and the list goes on.
