The India Harmony Foundation: presents the second of its lecture series, ‘India Talks’ entitled, “India’s Forgotten Heritage : the reign and times of Maharajah Ranjit Singh – Sher e Punjab”. The talk will be delivered by Lt. General Vijay Oberoi, former Vice Chief of the Indian Army, followed by an interactive session with eminent scholars, historians and journalists. Comments by eminent Sikh historians and writers will feature.
